Click on the ‘Chantra’ icon located at the bottom right of your screen and select ‘Chantra Shop’ menu.

Certain restrictions may apply when purchasing Cash Items.

1. Any Cash Items feathered under ‘PP Card Only’, can only be purchased using W Coin(p).
   As for other Cash Items, you can proceed using both W Coin(c) and W Coin(p).
2. The ‘Buy’ button will allow you to proceed to checkout window.
3. W Coin types
   • 1. W Coin(c): If you purchase W Coin using credit cards or eWallets, the payment amount will be credited under
         W Coin(c). Cash Items bought through W Coin(c) are not tradable.
   • 2. W Coin(p): If you purchase W Coin using pre-paid cards or Electronic PINs, the payment amount will be
         credited under W Coin(p). Cash Items bought through W Coin(p) are tradable.
         Please note that W Points are different from W Coin(p).
   • 3. Total W Coin: W Coin(c) + W Coin(p)
4. Buy W Coin: Click on this button to launch the intended webpage where you can purchase W Coin.
   Refresh: This button will allow you to view the most recent W Coin account balance.

All Cash Items are not refundable. Please select carefully.

1. Choose any Cash Items and click on the ‘Buy’ button.
   
2. Select the W Coin type.
   • 1. W Coin(c): W coin(c) will be deducted from your account
   • 2. W-Coin(p): W-coin(p) will be deducted from your account
   • 3. Cancel: To withdraw the transaction.

   

3. Final Verification Notice
   • The pop up window displays the price of the selected item and the remaining W Coin after the purchase.
     At this point, you still have the options to cancel or proceed the transaction.

1. Upon a successful transaction, the confirmation message will appear and the purchase item is injected into your
   Chantra Bag.
   
   
2. If the remaining W Coin balance is not sufficient enough for the purchase, click on the ‘charge’ button to buy
   an additional credit.
