How to Exchange A Gold Ticket?

Greetings!

We would like to inform you how to use the Gold Ticket.
You can obtain a Gold Ticket on a random basis if you open a Premium BOX-Human, Orc, or Moonelf.

1 GOLD ticket = One service (1 reinforcement or 1 socket or 1 refinement)
Gold Ticket service operation time: Wednesday 22:00 ~ Thursday 01:00 (GST)
If the requested item is not in the First inventory during that time, the upgrade may not be applied.

- Please apply for exchange gold ticket through Direct Inquires(Click) with the following information.
- The request character must obtain the gold ticket at all time.
- The requested item must be at the first slot of the Inventory Bag 1 to get a service.

- There is a limitation on the number of Links of Contract that each type of item can have.

Helmet: Maximum 3 socket
Chestpiece: Maximum 6 socket
Leggings: Maximum 4 socket
Gloves: Maximum 3 socket

Weekly Account Transfer Result - 02/01/2012

Hello,

We would like to announce this week's Codemasters account transfer service has been completed.

If you have applied your account's migration till February 01, 2012.

But haven't got transferred yet, it means we cannot proceed the transfer progress with your account.

Mainly it is because,

There are some accounts (3 accounts total) which already contains characters in their Webzen account before they requested for the account transfer service. We have warned you once on the transfer service page as below.

" DO NOT CREATE A NEW CHARACTER ON THE SERVERS,

UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSFERRED"

The following list contains the Webzen accounts that already have game information, which made a failure on the migration progress. If you are one of the list below, you have a single option in order to success your transfer.

▶ Erase the game information that you already have on Webzen account by February 01 and wait for the next week's transfer progress. If you apply for the transfer service without erasing the information, you will be failed again. You must have an empty character slot on the target server in order to move a character there.
