We would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused by the quest system close down. We have worked diligently to resolve this issue to provide the quest system back for the users. As from August 05, the quest system has been resumed and we will run a 3rd test period. 

However, please notice that we have decided to run a week of test period to prevent any further troubles. During this 3rd test period if we found any problems we will immediately shut down the quest system without any notice. Also, if you found any problems related to the quest system please report directly to us or a volunteer.

Archlord needs your support to prevent any abusing by the quest system and to provide better game environment. We apologize for the delay on the process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The experience you gain from the quest system during the test period will be approved as normal.

Webzen has decided to extend the Twitter commemorative event for ONE more day. This decision has been decided considering Archlord users who couldn’t receive the event reward due to maintenance (July 28, 2010). This extension of the event will provide a chance for the users to gain more event rewards and we hope all of our players enjoy the event.

We would like to announce this week's Codemasters account transfer service has been completed.

If you have applied your account's migration from July 21st to July 27th 

but haven't got transferred yet, it means we cannot proceed the transfer progress with your account.

Mainly it is because,

There are some accounts (23 accounts total) which already contains characters in their Webzen account before they requested for the account transfer service. We have warned you once on the transfer service page as below. 

" DO NOT CREATE A NEW CHARACTER ON THE SERVERS,

UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSFERRED"

The following list contains the accounts that already have game information, which made a failure on the migration progress. If you are one of the list below, you have a single option in order to success your transfer.

▶ Erase the game information that you already have on Webzen account by August 3rd,

and wait for the next week's transfer progress. If you apply for the transfer service without erasing the information, you will be failed again . You must have an empty character slot on the target server in order to move a character there.

Please understand that the transfer process is bit of delicate issue,

therefore we strongly suggest you to follow as what we ask you to do so.
